What are check-in and check-out times? +

Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by 12 PM. If you need different hours, message us on WhatsApp — we do our best.

Are pets allowed? +

Leashed and vaccinated pets are welcome. For the comfort of other guests, a leash is required outside your pitch.

Does my pitch have electricity and water? +

Yes — every pitch has an electric hookup and a fresh water point nearby. For nightly stays they are included in the price; for monthly, 6-month and yearly stays each pitch has its own electric meter, billed monthly.

Can I light a fire? +

Yes. You can use your own fire pit at your pitch, rent one from us, or use the large communal fire pits free of charge.

I don't have a caravan or tent — can I still come? +

Yes — we have two fully equipped rental caravans. Send us your dates on WhatsApp and we'll pick the right one together. Check-in 2 PM, check-out 12 PM.

Can I rent a long-term pitch for my own caravan? +

Yes — bring your caravan and rent a pitch yearly or monthly. On the yearly plan your pitch is yours for 12 months; monthly runs flexibly month to month. Message us on WhatsApp for details.

What if I arrive with missing gear? +

No problem — our on-site Nurgaz dealership sells gas bottles and essential camping gear. Laundry and a shared kitchen are also available on site.
